Age/ Fee/ Qualification/ Physical requirements for Group D posts-

All Group D job aspirants are required to full fill the minimum requirement to apply for the position, Their online registration will be considered as not eligible for the post if you are unable to full fill any of the requirements as per the official notification depending on your categories. Candidates can read the important details below

Age limit-  The minimum age of the candidates going to apply for Group D position must be 18 years old and maximum age limit is 33 years old. The age relaxation for OBC/ SC & ST categories are as below

  • OBC Candidates- 3-year relaxation in upper age limit
  • SC/ ST- 5 Years

Educational Qualification- Minimum Class 10 high school passed from any recognized board in India. / ITI certificate in SCVT/ NCVT

RRB Group D fee refund process-

Group D fee refund process starts just after the CBT examination. As per the official Group D notification Rs. 400 will be refunded for UR/ OBC category and Rs. 250 registration fee will be refunded for other categories. A Fee refund link will be posted at all RRB regional sites where candidates can fill their Bank account details to get the refund amount directly submitted in their bank.

They need to submit the following details related to their bank account

1- Bank account number

2- Branch IFSC code

3- Candidates name as per passbook

4- Branch details etc.

The registrant can find all details on their bank passbook. While filling the details make sure that

  • Incorrect bank details are not furnished by candidates such as incorrect account numbers, incorrect IFSC code of the bank branch, filling up of customer ID in place of the account number, etc.

Stages of Exam: The exam shall be a Computer Based Test (CBT). Railway Administration reserves the right to conduct the CBT in either single or multi-stage mode. Candidates qualifying in the CBT shall have to undergo the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). It will be followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination.

RRB Group D Notification 2020 –

In this part, candidates can check the latest RRB Group D vacancy 2020 notification which is published in the current year 2020. Group D Recruitment Process- 

There are 3 stages to the RRB Group D vacancy 2020 process. All the eligible candidates as per the details they have entered in the online registration form will be judged through Online exam and Physical level followed by the verification of the authenticity of the documents. The level 1 exam AKA Computer Based Test CBT Group D test is going to be tough because a huge number of candidates are going to apply for this position.

1- Computer Based Test-

All the eligible candidates have to undergo a Computer Based Test(s) on the specified date(s), time and venue(s) as per the e-call letter to be downloaded by the candidates from the websites of RRBs/RRCs.  The examination duration and number of questions for CBT are indicated below:

2- Physical Efficiency Test PET

Based on the merit of the candidates in the CBT, candidates shall be called for PET Three times the community wise total vacancy of the Posts notified against RRBs/RRCs. However, Railways reserve the right to increase/decrease this ratio as required to ensure the availability of an adequate/reasonable number of candidates for all the notified posts. Passing Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is mandatory and the same will be qualifying in nature. The criterion for PET is as under:

weight down ; and
Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.

weight down; and
Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.

RRB Group D exam date-

Since the publication of new RRB Recruitment notification, all the users are searching for the exam dates to appear in the Group D exams. It is firmly believed that the Railway Recruitment Board will publish the important dates very soon which can be checked online.
